Thanks for using Debt Prison Forum, which like everything else on this site, is absolutely free. Use the forum to ask questions about debt related issues. I’ll do my best to answer, or add my thoughts, to any new discussions within the same day they are started. You are encouraged also to add your comments to any other discussions that may catch your eye. My goal with this website is to develop a great resource of free information for defaulting debtors – the forum is a part of this process since it consolidates issues in a better format than simply adding comments to the end of an article.

When starting a discussion, make sure to include as much information about your problem as possible so that the responses can be as relevant as possible.  It is recommended that you do not use your real name since there is a possibility of collection agencies reading this forum as well. Also, make sure and save your username and password to a text document on your computer, and bookmark this site, so you can come back later on and update your circumstances or ask more questions.
